In 2013 and 2014 we monitored various environmental parameters along the Bronx river in collaboration with NYC Parks (Damian Griffin) and Rocking the boat.
Below are some data obtained during the summer 2014 with the participation of high school students.

350 to 500-ml of river water were filtered onto glass fiber filters (GFF) to retain the particulate matter. This picture illustrates large differences between sites.
